28 Day Beginner Barre Program
This 4-week program is designed to help you build strength, improve posture, and gain confidence through approachable barre workouts. With 4–5 short sessions each week (ranging from 10 to 30 minutes), you'll ease into movement using minimal equipment and beginner-friendly guidance. Workouts gradually progress to keep you challenged, supported, and feeling strong from the inside out.
